The isolating circumstances of the 2020 Covid 19  pandemic brought changes to people's lives worldwide. With time and isolation on his hands, Zane became interested in the painting technic promoted in the late 90s by artist and TV personality Bob Ross. One of Bob's favorite sayings was that anyone could learn to paint using his method, which encouraged Zane to purchase his first set of oils and start painting.
